The feedback page allows you to send feedback and problems to the service provider.

Sending Feedback

To send feedback and report problems to the service provider:

  1. If you are currently logged in, click the Feedback symbol on the icon bar. Otherwise, click the Feedback entry on the Menu bar.

  2. Select the feedback type by clicking the appropriate option button.

  3. In the Subject field, type a brief description of the feedback.

  4. In the Description field, type in your detailed feedback. Note that it is important to mention the URL address of the page where the problem occurred.

  5. In the contact information area, enter your contact information.

  6. To send your feedback, click Send feedback. To clear the fields in the feedback form, click Clear form.

Attaching Files

If it possible to attach files to the feedback information you will see a Browse button in the Attachments area of the form. You can choose to remove one or more attached files before you send the feedback.

Adding an attachment:

  • Click on the Browse button to choose a file to attach.

  • Click on the Add Attachment button to upload the file.

  • Information about the files that you have attached so far will be displayed.

Removing an attachment:

  • Select the files you want to remove by checking the appropriate tick boxes.

  • Click on Remove Attachment.
